Debra has assisted international and domestic companies in managing their business growth and was instrumental in directing a client’s business from a start-up to a $5 million business inside of four years.
Debra’s background is in corporate finance and sales operations at Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies, where she worked for over twenty years. She is experienced in managing cross-functional teams and working with all levels of management. Debra has transferred these skills to her own company, where she assists other businesses in meeting their goals and realizing their financial potential with a passion for helping start-up companies structure themselves for growth and success.
Debra holds a BBA in Accountancy, is a Certified Management Accountant, and holds a degree in Financial Planning. Debra was awarded the prestigious 2011 Business Woman of the Year by the Morris County Chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.
